“Carnivalesque” - Micrologus create a new programme at Flanders Festival Antwerp which shows the characters of the Commedia dell’Arte in their earliest forms through music full of humour, both tragic and comic, from the late 15th and early 16th centuries.
“Ma fin est mon commencement” - In summer 2012, as a special project commissioned by the Abbaye de Royaumont, Micrologus produce a concert programme dedicated to Guillaume de Machaut and Italian composers of the late 14th century, comparing the music of Machaut with that of Italians influenced by him, according to the art of rhetorics, in which Machaut excelled.
“Missa Fiorentina” - For Epiphany, Micrologus perform the modern première of a 14th-century nativity service (re-constructed by Francesco Zimei). The music is included in the Holy Mass officiated by Archbishop Bedori in Latin.
Micrologus perform their programme of 15th century laude, O Yhesu Dolce to critical acclaim at the Basel Early Music Festival (Switzerland).
Che Mangerà la Sposa? Una Fagiana Grigia... - A newly commissioned programme about food, including music from Umbria’s oral tradition and historical pieces with food as a theme from the 14th and 15th centuries. A special performance for the Festival D’Ile De France in Paris.

“Myth” - In 2007-2009, Micrologus tour extensively with this innovative dance/theatre performance created by choreographer Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui in partnership with the international theatre company Toneelhuis (Belgium).

Adolfo Broegg, lutenist and co-founder of Ensemble Micrologus dies on the April 23rd.
The group records the CD "Kronomakia", an electrifying fusion of medieval music with jazz/rock, a collaboration with the exceptional Neapolitan saxophonist and composer Daniele Sepe.
"Io ti canto" - On 28th December, a large concert tribute in memory of Adolfo Broegg (1961-2006), 5 hours long, in the Auditorium San Domenico, Foligno, Umbria.
In co-production with the Flanders Festival-Antwerp, Festival Ars Ramos Brezice, and Concertgebouw, Bruges together with the Spanish early music ensemble, Mudejar, Micrologus present a new multi-media performance of the Cantigas de Santa Maria, directed by Toni Casalonga and with computer graphics and video art by Pierre Weiser and Ludovic Nobileau.

“Libre Vermell de Montserrat” - In 2002, Micrologus enjoy the opportunity to be the first group to record this exceptional repertoire in the church of the old Catalan monastery of Montserrat.
“Li Gieus de Robin et de Marion” - In partnership with the Abbaye de Royaumont (where they were artists-in-residence in 2002-2003), Micrologus produce this early music drama, from the late 13th century, directed by Jean François Dusigne. They tour around France, Spain, Italy and Belgium.
